Description
This IT campus was conceptualized amidst a beautiful green hilly terrain. Hence the overall concept of the campus revolved around nature. The design of the building also was derived from a butterfly which was fine tuned as per the utility of the building thereby achieving the current form. The form of the glass reflected the nature & sky around it thereby by increasing the overall appeal of the ambience. The grandeur of the building can be viewed right from the main road as it perches atop the hill & compliments the overall surrounding beauty of nature.
The projects comprises of 2 parking levels, cafeteria & 8 upper office floors. The overall built up area for the project was approx 7,50,000 sft. With an approximate project cost of Rs. 350Cr.
