IT Building: For Romell Developers – Mumbai

I-flex solutions ltd. wished to build their main corporate office in Mumbai. The structure had to be an iconic structure as if was located bang on the main eastern express highway in Goregaon, Mumbai. With the space constraint already tight in Mumbai, creating a campus for them was a challenge. This was achieved by elevating the overall office block well above ground to gain the desired height. The lower floors housed 4 levels of parking followed by a triple height open deck which acted as a common congregation space. Upper 6 floors housed the office floors. Romel Group constructed the building for Iflex Solutions ltd. Later on this premise was taken over by Oracle.
