Cosmos Bank Corporate Office – Pune

Cosmos Bank a multistate schedule bank wanted to build their head quarter in Pune. Their main corporate office which had to house their branch office as well. The design was to reflect the age old culture of the bank and at the same time showcase their new contemporary look. This inspired us to create this masterpiece which was contemporary & the interiors of the same reflected their rich culture & style.

The building has 2 basement with one of its kind treasury chest, branch office, a huge auditorium, a double height cafeteria and 7 upper stories which hose their corporate offices. The top most floor has the management floor & the main board room. This corporate office was also designed keeping in mind the Vastu aspect of designing. The overall built up area of this project was approx. 3,50,000 sft. with an approximate cost of Rs.180Cr.
